About the Role
This role is responsible for coordinating project timelines and resource allocation to ensure efficient execution of plans and schedules. It involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing project data, identifying risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to support timely project delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains detailed project schedules informed by precedents, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and deadlines.
- Monitors progress against established timelines, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or resource constraints.
- Coordinates with internal and external partners to gather input, resolve standard and varied scheduling conflicts, and optimize resource utilization.
- Communicates schedule updates and changes to relevant stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
- Documents general schedule changes and maintains accurate records to support project tracking and reporting.
- Assists in integrating leading practices and lessons learned to improve future scheduling processes.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or a related field required.
Experience Level
- 2 - 4 years
Education Level
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Salary/Compensations
- $126,000.00 - $160,000.00
