About the Role
Corpay is seeking a Senior Account Manager - Financial Institutions to join our Cross Border line of business. This role focuses on ensuring long-term growth, retention, and profitability through strong client relationships and exceeding implementation, onboarding, and payment-based SLAs.
Responsibilities
- Proactively assist clients throughout the payment process, understanding Corpay's Go-To-Market strategies, Payment Subject Matter expertise, workflow solutioning, API integration, and Corpay Product and Service offerings.
- Analyze requests and provide information to resolve client needs, becoming a trusted extension of the client's team.
- Obtain and evaluate relevant information, following Best Practices and seeking additional synergies.
- Work independently and with a hybrid team.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to deliver prompt and informative responses to clients.
- Resolve all queries in a timely and professional manner, maintaining SLAs.
- Perform customer verifications and 'Know Your Customer' checks, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
- Move milestones through established processes with accuracy and suggest process improvements.
- Provide professional service, managing internal obstacles invisibly to the client.
- Work quickly to resolve customer issues.
- Proactively monitor systems and processes to ensure outstanding issues are resolved promptly.
- Provide feedback to management on customer experience and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal sales, trading, and support teams, as well as other internal stakeholders, to leverage organizational capabilities and satisfy customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years successful client-facing role as an Account Manager servicing Financial Institutions and complex clients.
- Ability to lead and provide fulsome support for an end-to-end process, capturing information and reconciling data.
- IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and troubleshoot.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and time-sensitive queries with ownership until resolution.
