About the Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will work in our beautiful showrooms, assisting customers in finding specialized plumbing and lighting items for their home projects. Previous knowledge in lighting or plumbing is not required, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success.
Responsibilities
- Work with homeowners, designers, and contractors to select industry-leading lighting and plumbing fixtures.
- Create quotes and specification packages for customers and follow up.
- Maintain organized records of quotes, sales, and customer requests.
- Process, fulfill, and triage orders, ensuring timely product delivery.
- Provide post-order support, including status updates, back-order inquiries, returns, and refunds.
