About the Role
FCCI Insurance Group is seeking a Territory Underwriting Manager to drive profitable growth for their Excess & Surplus lines of business. This role involves production, underwriting, sales, and service within an assigned territory in Texas, focusing on complex accounts and key agency relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned territory in Texas to ensure profitable growth.
- Underwrite and service complex accounts and large agency relationships.
- Mentor teammates and deliver training programs.
- Assist in the development of underwriting guidelines and products.
- Collaborate with Admitted counterparts on cross-sell opportunities and joint marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Must have experience in Excess & Surplus lines of business.
- Must have experience in production, underwriting, sales, and service.
- Must have experience managing a territory.
- Must have experience underwriting and servicing complex accounts.
- Must have experience with large agency relationships.
- Must have experience mentoring teammates.
- Must have experience delivering training programs.
- Must have experience assisting in the development of underwriting guidelines and products.
- Must have experience collaborating with Admitted counterparts on cross-sell opportunities and joint marketing efforts.
