About the Role
The Northside General Collaborative Practice in North Sydney, Nova Scotia is searching for a family physician to join their robust and rewarding practice. The fully equipped office space with a view of the North Sydney Harbour awaits the right candidate looking for a busy collaborative practice with mentorship and minimal overhead.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of comprehensive primary health care services to patients of all ages and stages of health or illness.
- Work with other providers in the clinic to provide cross coverage and same-day access.
- Participate in quality improvement and evaluation activities.
- Utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) and record all relevant patient details in a provincially approved EMR accessible to all collaborating team members.
Requirements
- Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS).
- Eligible for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
- Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
