About the Role
Hot 8 Yoga is expanding its management team and seeking enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors and Assistant Directors who are passionate about yoga.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, and train teachers and front desk staff.
- Work a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week.
- Be present at the studio during peak business hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Track studio budget.
- Address day-to-day maintenance needs.
- Process payroll.
- Oversee inventory.
- Work 4-5 Front Desk shifts.
- Perform cleaning duties throughout the day.
- Lead Teacher Trainings.
- Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff.
Requirements
- Must have a 200-hour RYT certificate.
- Required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).
- Previous management experience is required.
