About the Role
We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team as a Care Professional. Home Instead is a high quality home care provider, providing a minimum of 1-hour services to clients within the comfort of their own home.
Responsibilities
- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments or shopping
- Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
Requirements
- No qualifications are required, we are looking for natural caring qualities and those who want to make a difference to peoples lives!
- Access to reliable transportation and full driving license
- Resides in the UK and has the right to work in the UK

Salary/Compensations
- £13.80 Per hour weekdays
- £14.90 Per hour weekends

- Minimum 1 hour calls – so you have the time needed with client
- Welcome bonus - £100 payment will be paid once all initial training is completed
