About the Role
As a member of our consulting team, you’ll work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. You’ll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career.

Requirements
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of your home office.
- Expected to be in the office as directed.
- Requires extended working hours at times.
- Expectation to obtain a valid driver’s license and passport within six months of employment.
- Must be enrolled in one of the following advanced degree programs or pathways and looking to start full-time with BCG in either April 2027 or August 2027:
- PhD or equivalent (e.g., EdD, PsyD, ScD/DSc, DBA)
- MD or equivalent (e.g., DO, MBBS, PharmD)
- JD or equivalent (e.g., LLB with licensure to practice)
- Postdoctoral researcher
- Medical trainee (e.g. resident, intern, fellow)
- Practicing physician
Location
- Home office location (requires reasonable commuting distance)

Salary/Compensations
- Consultant: $190,000 USD Annually
