About the Role

Array Marketing is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Management to define and lead the global strategy for how business information is created, shared, managed, stored, and governed. This role will develop the enterprise information management strategy, operating model, and governance framework, driving organizational adoption and simplifying information flow across the company. The position plays a foundational role in reducing information fragmentation and building capabilities for collaboration, analytics, automation, AI, and future digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Define the information management strategy, roadmap, and operating model by assessing how information is created, shared, stored, and managed.
  • Establish enterprise standards for information ownership, stewardship, classification, retention, records management, sharing, and lifecycle management.
  • Lead the Information Governance Council to bring stakeholders together for decision-making and accountability.
  • Shape the enterprise framework for managing and collaborating on information across SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and other repositories.
  • Establish practical standards for information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, search, external sharing, and document management.
  • Map and improve information flows by partnering with business teams, Data & Analytics, and Enterprise Applications.
  • Reduce duplicate repositories and manual processes, and strengthen information and data ownership.
  • Standardize and automate processes while improving information quality, accessibility, and reliability.
  • Prioritize and drive initiatives including information and document migrations, repository consolidation, governance implementation, knowledge management, collaboration improvements, and business process change.
  • Develop guidance and training to drive adoption and measure progress of new standards and ways of working.
  • Improve the quality, classification, governance, lifecycle management, and accessibility of enterprise information for AI, automation, analytics, and emerging digital capabilities.
  • Partner across business and technology teams to ensure information used by AI and Copilot is trusted, appropriately governed, and fit for purpose.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in information management, information governance, document and content management, knowledge management, or related areas.
  • Understanding of how information moves through a complex organization.
  • Experience developing practical frameworks and standards for information creation, organization, access, sharing, retention, and governance.
  • Experience leading cross-functional information management, governance, or transformation initiatives across multiple business functions or regions.
  • Ability to assess a fragmented environment, define a future state, establish priorities, and turn strategy into practical, adoptable initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 information and collaboration capabilities, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Understanding of information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, enterprise search, records management, and information lifecycle practices.
  • Ability to build credibility with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Ability to partner effectively with IT, Security, Legal, Privacy, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to bring stakeholders with different priorities together around common standards and decisions.
  • Ability to translate complex information and technology concepts into practical business solutions.
  • Ability to balance governance, security, compliance, risk, and business needs with usability and employee experience.
  • Understanding that successful information management depends on people and adoption as much as technology.
  • Ability to communicate a clear vision, guide teams through new ways of working, and develop standards, guidance, and training for lasting change.
