About the Role
We are seeking an individual to develop and execute their own campaign ideas, strategically advancing our Instagram and Facebook presence. We aim to transform how people in Germany grow, receive, and perceive fresh food.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement original campaign ideas centered around our brand and content pillars (plant world, plugs and pads, setup, growth, harvest, perceived value).
- Produce photos and videos aligned with our content pillars.
- Edit Reels, Stories, and Carousels.
- Document showroom events.
- Contribute to the social media strategy for Instagram and Facebook.
- Occasionally appear on camera when fitting with the campaign idea.
- Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing team, with on-site guidance provided.
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary; a feel for content and trends, willingness to learn, and work ethic are more important.
- An eye for design and trends.
- Understanding of Instagram and Facebook: which formats work and how the algorithms function.
- Proficiency in Canva, photo, and video editing (smartphone is sufficient), CapCut or Premiere Rush.
- AI-friendly.
- Native-level German language skills.
- English proficiency of at least B2 to C1.
- Availability for on-site work in Berlin.
- A strong desire to learn.

- Since 2021, we have been building smart indoor farm systems in Berlin, the Raumgarten and Raumgarten Pro, for fresh, pesticide-free herbs, microgreens, and young vegetables directly at the point of consumption.
- Reducing delivery distances from 2,400 km to 2.40 m.
- Our systems are used in gastronomy, businesses, health, and care, as well as at home.
- Currently in the midst of a D2C market launch.
