About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing efforts for all GFO Home divisions, focusing on increasing sales traffic, sales, and achieving business plan goals through coordinated marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm, coordinate, create, and execute community-specific and division-level marketing initiatives to increase sales traffic, sales, and achieve business plan.
- Collaborate closely with all division sales teams and management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Update and maintain website floorplans, IPMs, home inventory, and community updates.
- Manage and coordinate incoming marketing requests, including collateral, digital assets, and promotional items.
- Load and maintain photos online, primarily on the GFO website & MLS, and audit home photography for updates.
- Perform ongoing website and MLS audits to ensure content accuracy and timeliness.
- Input new pricing, price changes, new inventory homes, and update home information and statuses on the website and MLS.
- Utilize the CRM system (Lasso) for email marketing campaigns and reporting.
- Maintain inventory of marketing supplies at corporate and division levels.
- Assist in the new community opening process, including interest list campaigns, marketing collateral, and print/sales collateral.
- Assist in the execution of consumer/Realtor events.
- Create email marketing, social media/website updates, community flyers, and marketing materials.
- Perform occasional weekend hours for model grand openings or events.
Requirements
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Teams and Excel.
- Familiarity with the Google platform for use of Google Forms and Sheets.
- Website or database data entry management experience.
- Social Media management experience (Facebook & Instagram).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to manage multiple functions, projects, and tasks concurrently; strong multitasking skills.
