About the Role
Fox Group Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Logistics Operations Specialist to join their Canadian operations team. This on-site role will manage inventory receiving, system operations, logistics coordination, and communication across multiple retail brands, reporting directly to the Logistics Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving and movements.
- Work with and monitor 3PL/logistics providers.
- Manage inventory transactions in AS400.
- Monitor inventory and resolve discrepancies.
- Track shipments and follow up on issues.
- Support stocktaking and inventory reconciliation.
- Prepare logistics and inventory reports.
- Communicate with stores, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support daily logistics and AS400 operations.
- Help improve logistics and inventory processes.
- Prepare Excel reports and track key logistics and fulfillment KPIs.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in logistics, inventory, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
- Experience in retail or distribution is preferred.
- Experience with ERP / WMS systems is strongly preferred.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Experience in the Canadian market.
- Hebrew-language AS400 experience is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Daily on-site attendance is required.
