About the Role
Boom is building a suite of rental financial services for renters and property managers. We are looking for individuals to join our Talent Network and help us shape future roles. This is an opportunity to define your own job description and contribute to our mission of leveling the playing field for renters.
Responsibilities
- Define your own job description, including title and team.
- Outline your work plan for the first 90 days and key metrics.
- Build functions from scratch.
- Automate processes before adding headcount.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, with specific examples of automations built or agents deployed.
- Comfort working quickly with minimal management layers.
- A habit of owning your own numbers.
- High standards and a desire to avoid company politics.
- Real interest in solving financial challenges for renters.
- Ability to work in-office in Austin, Texas, or willingness to relocate.
