About the Role

Lead the strategy, architecture, optimization, and execution of our end-to-end Quote-to-Cash technology ecosystem across Salesforce, CPQ, revenue recognition, ERP, billing, order management, and integrations. Build scalable, automated, and data-driven processes to support growth, transformation, and acquisitions. Translate business priorities into scalable technology solutions and drive measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash systems strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operating model.
  • Lead the strategic direction and continuous improvement of Salesforce and CPQ.
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Accounting to streamline commercial and financial processes.
  • Design and govern scalable integrations across critical platforms.
  • Lead cross-functional business transformation by identifying process bottlenecks and applying automation.
  • Develop a multi-year Business Systems roadmap aligned with corporate growth priorities.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Business Systems organization.

Requirements

  • 12+ years’ experience in Business Systems, Enterprise Applications, Revenue Operations Technology, Finance Systems, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success leading or transforming complex Quote-to-Cash environments in high-growth organizations.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce and CPQ.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP, billing, order management, revenue recognition, financial systems, master data, data governance, controls, reporting, and enterprise system architecture.
  • Strong understanding of ASC 606 and its technology implications.
  • Experience integrating CRM, CPQ, ERP, billing, and revenue recognition platforms.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale systems implementations, business transformations, process redesign initiatives, and complex integrations.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively across Sales, Finance, Operations, Accounting, and executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Experience with RightRev or a comparable revenue recognition platform.
  • Experience operating in a private-equity-backed, sponsor-driven, highly acquisitive, or similarly fast-paced growth environment.
  • Technology integration following mergers or acquisitions.
  • A track record of challenging legacy processes, building scalable operating models, and applying automation and AI.
