About the Role
As Head of Revenue Operations, this role is the CRO's strategic partner, turning GTM strategy into pipeline, forecasts, and results. The role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and finance, partnering directly with the CEO, CRO, and CFO to equip sales teams with the intelligence, tools, and automation needed to exceed quota. This is a leadership mandate to architect an AI-powered sales engine, replacing after-the-fact reporting with a real-time intelligence layer.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CRO to shape and execute GTM strategy alongside the CEO, CRO, and CFO, defining what to sell and where, and using AI-driven data to inform revenue decisions.
- Build and maintain pipeline and forecasting infrastructure using AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling for a real-time, forward-looking business view.
- Partner directly with Global Sales Leaders and Account Executives, embedding with teams, removing blockers, and coaching live deals.
- Design and govern the systems, processes, and Salesforce architecture that run the sales organization, using AI and automation to remove friction and surface signal.
- Own compensation plan design and governance to keep incentives aligned with strategy.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Client Success to synchronize roadmaps, campaigns, and programs with sales execution, using shared data to sharpen targeting, messaging, and product fit.
- Own the GTM plan built to maximize growth, including team structure, hiring, onboarding, and enablement programs.
- Use AI-powered market and competitive intelligence to track trends and customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- Track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, and of building the operations to achieve them.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, comfortable building and interpreting complex data models.
- Experience evaluating and deploying AI tools that improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and rep productivity.
- Able to break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear, data-backed, executable plans and drive them independently.
- Able to communicate complex ideas, including AI and data insights, to executives, boards, and external stakeholders.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Executive ambition, seeing this role as a path to a CRO or broader executive role.
