About the Role
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a fast-paced, fun environment with opportunities for career growth. This role is essential for maintaining store appearance and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, operate the register, and handle transactions.
- Make product purchase suggestions.
- Assist with the food program.
- Work in various store areas (inside and out) to maintain standards and provide service.
- Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
- Interact with customers and team members daily to accomplish tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting.
- Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, including potential ladder climbing.
- Eye-hand coordination required for hand manipulation tasks.
