About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you will create the best possible customer experience by actively listening to each customer and addressing their needs with recommendations and current product knowledge. You will also communicate the brand's sustainability initiatives and social and ethical commitment to customers, sharing your love and passion for our products. You will be part of a dynamic team, working together to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Create personal shopping experiences for customers that foster brand loyalty.
- Greet customers promptly and politely upon entering the store.
- Ensure all customer questions are answered accurately before they leave the store.
- Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including communicating return policies.
- Maintain a positive and cheerful demeanor with customers and team members.
- Uphold the image of the store and brand in all interactions, including adhering to the dress code.
- Provide excellent customer service to both in-store customers and those calling.
- Operate the cash register and handle money.
- Perform daily inventory checks to ensure products are in stock and available.
- Merchandise products according to Visual Merchandising standards.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized stock and break room area, including daily cleaning tasks.
- Work with safety awareness and respond to theft in accordance with policies.
- Arrive to work on time and inform your Store Manager in advance if you are late or absent.
