About the Role

Lead high-impact initiatives that shape customer experience and drive measurable business results. Guide initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization, shaping how data, experimentation, and technology create stronger player experiences and unlock growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of key initiatives, from opportunity discovery and roadmap definition through launch, iteration, and optimization.
  • Translate business goals and customer needs into clear requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, User Experience, and business stakeholders.
  • Use qualitative insights and quantitative data to evaluate performance, prioritize initiatives, and make informed decisions.
  • Champion experimentation through A/B testing and iterative development.
  • Partner with technical teams to understand data, feature, and platform dependencies and sequence roadmap priorities.
  • Balance short-term business results with long-term strategy, advocating for scalable, responsible, and customer-centric applications of technology and analytics.
  • Build alignment across teams by clearly communicating priorities, trade-offs, progress, and learnings.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • At least 5 years of Product Management experience with a strong track record of launching and scaling customer-facing, machine learning-powered, or analytics-driven experiences.
  • A strong understanding of agile methodologies, development workflows, and cross-functional team dynamics.
  • The ability to translate complex business and customer needs into structured, actionable requirements for technical, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
  • Experience using data and experimentation to make decisions, evaluate impact, and distinguish meaningful results from broader trends or external factors.
  • Technical fluency that enables effective collaboration with Data Science and Engineering teams on data inputs, model evaluation, dependencies, and ongoing performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex decisions clearly to both technical and business audiences.
  • A strong sense of direction and comfort navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and creating structure around complex opportunities.
