About the Role
Corpay is seeking a Client Services Officer for its Alpha Group division in London. This role supports global accounts by managing client onboarding, account maintenance, payment activities, and operational processes, ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance. The position involves reporting to the Client Services Manager and collaborating with various internal teams, banking partners, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Support clients throughout the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding through ongoing account management.
- Manage client service requests and deliver a high-touch service experience across a global client portfolio.
- Process client reviews and ensure Service Level Agreements are consistently achieved.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, banking partners, and clients.
- Collaborate with Front Office teams before and after sale to support client retention and satisfaction.
- Investigate and resolve client and internal queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve client servicing and operational efficiencies.
- Participate in business and operational projects while ensuring requirements are fully understood and delivered.
- Monitor adherence to departmental processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support KYC and AML-related activities and maintain accurate client records.
- Deliver work accurately and efficiently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a client-facing, client services, operations, onboarding, or KYC-related role.
- Knowledge of KYC and AML documentation requirements.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work.
- Effective time management and organisational abilities.
- Ability to analyse problems, think strategically, and take a holistic approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes.
- Experience within financial services, payments, FX, fintech, or alternative investments would be advantageous.
