Responsibilities

Manage facility equipment and operational technology for stable logistics center operations.
Drive productivity, quality, cost, and service improvements in warehouse and delivery operations through continuous process improvement and automation.
Manage warehouse processes, systems, and external vendors to ensure stable operations and value creation across multiple sites.
Execute operations and process improvement projects for warehouses and deliveries.
Identify issues in logistics sites and the overall SCM and execute improvements using methodologies like Lean/Six Sigma/PDCA.
Plan and promote innovation and new solutions, including business case creation.
Lead Cost Improvement Projects (CIP) and manage ROI.
Manage and execute projects in collaboration with regional and global teams.
Support the modification and development of warehouse management systems and manage the lifecycle of IT-related equipment.
Plan and execute budget vs. actual management, resource allocation, and scheduling.
Extract site needs, prioritize projects, and consolidate requirements.
Support the execution of 3PL operations in accordance with internal quality management regulations.
Ensure compliance with relevant requirements such as GxP, SOX, EHS, and CSV.
Execute audits and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Manage vendor performance and costs.
Manage warehouse and delivery operations and processes.
Identify challenges within logistics and the broader supply chain.
Implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and PDCA methodologies.
Plan and implement innovative solutions and new technologies.
Lead cost improvement projects and manage return on investment (ROI).
Collaborate with regional and global teams on project execution.
Support the enhancement and development of warehouse management systems.
Manage the lifecycle of IT infrastructure and equipment.
Develop and execute financial plans, resource allocation, and project timelines.
Gather requirements from operational sites and define project scope.
Ensure quality and compliance in all operational activities.
Oversee vendor performance and manage associated costs.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits and implement necessary corrective actions.

Requirements

Over 3 years of experience in operations management within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
Experience in project management.
Experience with improvement activities (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Experience in vendor management or outsourced service management is desirable.
Experience in developing and executing desktop process automation tools is desirable.
