About the Role
The Visual Designer will play a key role in shaping and evolving the Brighton Jones brand through compelling visual storytelling. This person will bring strong design fundamentals, a digital-first mindset, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging experiences across multiple channels. You will partner closely with teams across Marketing: Brand Strategy, Digital, Content, Community, and Experiences to create impactful work that supports business growth and deepens engagement with clients, prospects, and teammates. This role reflects the organization's desire for a designer who goes beyond traditional production design and can comfortably create across modern digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Keeping brand expression consistent across all platforms and contributing to brand standard evolution.
- Designing landing pages, website modules, social campaigns, emails, infographics, and digital reports.
- Creating executive communications, client presentations, and conference/webinar materials.
- Shaping the future expression of the brand, not just maintaining current standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, graphic design certificate, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 4+ years of professional design experience.
- Formal training in graphic, visual, or communication design, or equivalent demonstrated fundamentals.
- A portfolio weighted toward digital design, showcasing visual thinking across screens and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to take a rough outline and dense content and create a presentable executive-level deliverable.
- Experience with AI tools in design processes, including understanding when not to use them.
- Ability to articulate and defend design recommendations clearly to non-designers.
