About the Role
Fluent’s Information Technology function is looking for an energetic NetSuite Administrator to assist in the day-to-day oversight and administration of the NetSuite application. This role will build cross-team relationships with stakeholders from Accounting, Finance, and Business Process Operations teams, and will be responsible for configuration tasks and interfacing with our NetSuite Managed Service Provider.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for NetSuite.
- Provide front-line support for all aspects of NetSuite and data maintenance.
- Monitor end-user usage of systems, track performance, perform daily administrative and support tasks, and maintain system documentation.
- Assist in customization and creation of Scripts, Workflows, Forms, Fields, Online forms, and Custom Records.
- Manage system configuration, including design and data migration decisions.
- Manage User Acceptance testing tasks.
- Help with access provisioning.
- Assist with audit-related tasks such as UAR and SOD.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in a NetSuite Administration Role.
- Experience utilizing a ticketing system to respond to and track requests and issues through resolution and delivery.
- Understanding of NetSuite integration to multiple systems and the ability to support and monitor said integration.
- Ability to understand and identify customer requirements and develop systems that support NetSuite productivity improvements and enforce corporate policies and procedures.
- Exposure to other Accounting, CRM and Marketing business practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
- Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy – ability to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements.
- Excellent customer service skills; ability to form relationships both externally and internally.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

- $65,000 to $85,000 CAD
