Responsibilities
- Advise customers to maximize sales potential
- Open and close the store
- Provide customers with a warm welcome
- Help customers find products and answer their questions
- Explain product quality, materials, and technical features
- Suggest complementary products to customers
- Be available for customers in the fitting room
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals
- Manage the sales floor in the absence of managers
- Prepare, identify, and place products on the sales floor
- Ensure the store and backstore are clean and tidy
- Stay informed about new products to share recommendations
- Process customer transactions at the cash register
- Adhere to head office policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team
Requirements
- Previous sales experience
- Love for clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear)
- Ability to listen to customer needs and provide excellent service
- Proactive and conscientious attitude
- Open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods
- Seeking a career with continuous new challenges
- Functionally bilingual (an asset)
