About the Role
Medical Management Group (MMG) is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Client Service Representative/Physician Recruiter to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to multitask effectively in a medical-legal environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct database research
- Proactively identify and recruit physicians, specialists, and clinics through targeted outreach and high-volume cold calling, up to 100 or more calls per day
- Manage the physician and clinic onboarding and credentialing process from initial contact through completion
- Verify medical licenses and board certifications
- Review malpractice history and ensure all required credentials and documentation are obtained
- Obtain and review physician CVs and the supporting documentation
- Ensure providers meet all applicable compliance requirements
- Verify and document ADA-compliant office locations
- Communicate with providers regarding fee rates and negotiate rates and terms as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider records
- Various projects as needed
Requirements
- 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical office or similar healthcare environment
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be highly detail orientated
- Ability to think outside the box and problem-solve creatively
- Effective multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Thorough with follow-up and documentation
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
