About the Role
As a Product Designer, you will significantly contribute to making our products not just functional but inspiring. Your designs will shape how hundreds of thousands of people manage their money.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the design of multiple features across various products, ensuring a high level of clarity, usability, and visual quality at every touchpoint.
- Independently lead projects from initial research, through conception and exploration, to final designs and a clean handoff to engineering.
- Actively collaborate on our existing design system, expanding it, improving scalability, and considering opportunities for greater AI integration.
- Create interactive prototypes that make product ideas tangible and precisely convey design intent.
- Work closely with the existing design team, share product ownership, and influence the evolution of product design.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Product Design for mobile applications, with a focus on complex, data-driven products.
- A keen sense for good design, knowledge of common design principles, and the ability to continuously raise the design standard within the team.
- A portfolio that demonstrates the quality of your designs and makes your thinking process understandable.
- Systems thinking approach, identifying overarching features and developing a consistent user experience that extends beyond the active screen.
- Proficient in common design and prototyping tools, with solid experience in building and maintaining design systems.
- Actively explore AI tools for the design process and be comfortable using technical tools to integrate AI.
- Experience in the finance or SaaS sector is a plus.
- Passion for complex topics that can be translated into simple, understandable products is a plus.
