About the Role
Join LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW in our mission to make the world love liquorice. As a Sales Assistant, you will be an ambassador for the brand, bringing our products and story to life for every customer. You will work a typical retail schedule within the store's opening hours.
Responsibilities
- Create exceptional customer experiences and deliver premium service
- Run tastings, inviting customers to taste products and discover gourmet liquorice
- Grow our community through the Lakrids Lovers loyalty programme
- Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve store goals and sales targets
- Represent the LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW brand with energy, enthusiasm and professionalism
Requirements
- Previous retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience
- Confidence in engaging with customers and starting conversations
- A positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues
