Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering the strategy and KPIs for the Optimisation team in Digital New Business & Renewals that contribute to business objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of experimentation, including prioritization, roadmap management, requirements gathering, test briefing and sign-off, measurement, and recommendations.
  • Maintain the Optimisation Roadmap, tracking activity, hypotheses, outcomes, and applying learnings across the organization.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Drive continuous process improvement in insight-driven ideation, prioritization, UX execution, build and QA, reporting, analysis, and communications.
  • Support the development and delivery of new propositions and MVPs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in optimization and experimentation with a proven track record of commercial success in a high-volume ecommerce business.
  • Experience working with data platforms such as PowerBI and Snowflake.
  • Solid understanding of commercial performance.
  • An experienced, data-driven digital/digital marketing professional focused on evaluating qual and quant data and translating it into conversion-centric digital strategies and online experiences.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of user testing, research, and web analytics, including user segments and audiences, to the optimization process.
  • Hands-on experience using one or more AB testing platforms (e.g., Monetate, Optimizely).
  • Client-side testing experience is essential; server-side testing is preferred.
  • Experience in user experience design and website content.
