About the Role

The Senior Product Manager is accountable for the ServiceNow Platform, including the ITSM module. This role defines the platform's strategic roadmap, establishes governance policies, and oversees daily operations to support Link Logistics' operational efficiency and employee experience goals.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy to support Link Logistics operational efficiency and employee experience goals.
Drive efficiency to optimally support future growth.
Serve as the single point of contact for the ServiceNow ITSM module.
Coordinate the delivery of new features and workflows for the ServiceNow ITSM module.
Coordinate daily operations of the platform.
Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth product operations, including monitoring, upgrades, and access.
Interact and collaborate with stakeholders on key product considerations.
Align product vision, features, and roadmap with stakeholders.
Oversee major product releases and their execution, assessing risk.
Work closely with the development team to implement changes required by product releases.
Work closely with developers, product owners, and program managers to drive technical standards, architecture, and platform simplicity/scalability.
Communicate product priorities and build consensus.
Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner committed to the outcome.
Guide projects through development with multiple teams to deliver high-quality products.
Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions.
Establish KPIs and OKRs for the product team, ensuring alignment with senior leadership.
Build product backlog and prioritize items to achieve OKRs.
Create and/or maintain key product documentation.
Ensure documented development policies, procedures, and best practices are followed.
Set standards to drive the implementation of integrations between ServiceNow Integration Hub APIs and other Link systems/applications.
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform for optimal performance.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in technology, or Bachelors degree with IT relevant experience.
3-5 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, implementing, and operating the platform.
Hands-on experience with ITSM administration/configuration.
Strong ITIL knowledge, including Incident/Problem, Change, Knowledge and Config.
Certification 4.0 preferred.
Experience in process definition and governance.
3 years experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems via APIs and Integration Hub.
Experience leading developers.
Experience with ServiceNow Catalog Development.
Experience with ServiceNow portal configuration.
Experience working with implementation partners and managed service providers.
Experience leading technical product ownership.
Knowledge and hands-on experience of ServiceNow workflow and automation principles.
Knowledge of ServiceNow development tools.
Knowledge of business analysis processes and concepts.
Experience with Agile development processes and methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to all levels of management.
