- Build and scale analytics infrastructure, including developing proprietary solutions in R/Python and integrating them into the data stack.
- Provide actionable insights to collaborate with, and influence stakeholders in making data informed decisions and drive data literacy around GTM optimization.
- Architect intuitive dashboards in Looker that provide actionable insights for stakeholders ranging from Commercial Ops to executive leadership.

- Experience mentoring team members to elevate overall capabilities across the analytics function.
- Fluent in SQL and R/Python.

- Several years of experience solving go-to-market problems using appropriate analytical techniques.
- Understanding of core SaaS metrics.
- Experience evaluating pricing strategies, monetization models, or commercial packaging structures.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to challenge assumptions and guide leadership toward data-informed decisions.
