About the Role
We are building a talent pool for future Frontend recruitment opportunities within our three Education squads. This pool allows us to connect with potential candidates in advance, ensuring priority consideration when a suitable position opens.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver impactful features, owning the full cycle from problem definition to post-deployment monitoring.
- Elevate the squad's frontend quality by contributing to best practices and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Maintain and evolve the tech stack, addressing performance, technical debt, and version upgrades.
- Facilitate team rituals and knowledge sharing, such as dailies and sprint reviews.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of frontend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Experience with React Native development.
- For senior roles, demonstrated mastery of the application lifecycle, architecture, and store releases.
- Commitment to producing and reviewing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Experience with testing strategies tailored to project context.
- Experience with a consumer-facing (B2C) product, ideally high-traffic.
- Ability to empathize with users, understand business needs, and act accordingly.
- Comfortable speaking up in team settings and sharing knowledge.
- Familiarity with AI development assistance tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and practical testing experience.
