About the Role
As a Payments Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with external payment providers, ensuring competitive commercials and full utilization of offered features and functionalities. You will be part of the Payments & Compliance team, focusing on contract negotiation, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Develop solid relationships with Payment Providers and Partners.
- Set up regular calls and meetings with providers.
- Monitor provider performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Gather details of planned development and roadmap items to ensure product roadmap alignment.
- Collaborate with Payment Relationship Managers to produce monthly performance packs by markets/regions, illustrating deposits, withdrawals, fees, and providing key business insights.
- Provide input and guidance for the ongoing development and updating of standard operating procedures and processes to ensure consistent performance and quality.
Requirements
- A track record of Relationship and Stakeholder Management.
- A good understanding of the payments industry.
- Experience in working cross-functionally with stakeholders of varying seniority.
- Be data-driven and detail-oriented with proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
