About the Role

The SAP Internship Experience Program is a global, strategic, paid internship designed to provide university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This program serves as a foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Responsibilities

Support project management with day-to-day operations.
Provide strategic administrative support.
Manage correspondence for the EAB Inbox and documentation.
Coordinate and execute cross-unit projects and special tasks.
Communicate with stakeholders within and outside SAP.
Support event organization and meetings.
Support agenda tracking and expense reporting.

Requirements

Enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences.
Ability to work independently and in a proactive, structured manner with a hands-on, reliable working style.
Strong communication skills, flexibility, and motivation to work in an international team.
Willingness to learn and collaborate.
Responsibility and ability to drive topics open-mindedly and focused on the end-result.

Skills

Advanced MS Office Suite knowledge (focus on PowerPoint).
Proficient in AI tools and LLMs.
Fluent in English.
German language skills are a plus.
