About the Role
Qevlar AI is seeking a Product Marketing Director to own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline and adoption for their AI platform aimed at enhancing cybersecurity team productivity.
Responsibilities
- Own positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and security buyers.
- Develop deep understanding of the underlying technology to speak credibly to technical buyers.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to create customer-facing narratives and provide feedback to the roadmap.
- Lead go-to-market for new feature and product launches, coordinating with Sales and Customer Success.
- Maintain competitive intelligence and sales enablement materials.
- Own analyst relations, including briefings and relationship management.
- Support the customer lifecycle beyond launch with relevant content and messaging.
Requirements
- Product marketing experience in cybersecurity, ideally in SOC/SIEM or security automation.
- Experience building positioning and messaging from the ground up.
- Technical understanding of AI (agentic systems, reasoning models, and limitations) to engage credibly with engineers and technical buyers.
- Track record of leading product launches end to end.
- Results-oriented approach focused on pipeline, win rate, and retention.
- Comfort operating as a hands-on individual contributor with the ability to build and lead a team.
- Strong writing and communication skills to articulate complex technology clearly.
