About the Role
CDM Smith is seeking an Environmental Engineering Intern to join our Environmental Services team in Massena, NY. This role involves working with leading engineers on diverse projects, researching environmental information, evaluating data for analyses and modeling, and assisting in document development and presentations. Interns may also gain exposure to fieldwork and data management software.
Responsibilities
- Research environmental information to support analyses and design.
- Evaluate data to determine usability for analyses and modeling.
- Assist in developing documents and presentations to disseminate study information.
- Assist with fieldwork to collect environmental data.
- Gain exposure to ArcGIS, CADD, Excel and Access software to display, analyze and manage data.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled and taking courses toward a Bachelors or Master's in Environmental, Civil, Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field is required.
