About the Role
CDM Smith is looking for an Environmental Engineering Intern to join our Environmental Services Team in New York City. Students will work closely with senior engineers on diverse public, federal, and industrial projects, supporting analyses and design through research and data evaluation. Exposure to various software for data management and presentation is possible.
Responsibilities
- Research environmental information to support analyses and design.
- Evaluate data to determine usability for analyses and modeling.
- Assist in developing documents and presentations to disseminate study information.
- May assist with fieldwork to collect environmental data.
- May be exposed to ArcGIS, CADD, Excel and Access software to display, analyze and manage data.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled and taking courses toward a Bachelors or Master's in Environmental, Civil, Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field is required.
