About the Role
As an apprentice industrial clerk at Vattenfall GmbH, you will gain insight into the commercial processes of an international energy company and actively shape the future of energy supply. This three-year apprenticeship is for motivated and interested apprentices at the Berlin location, starting September 1, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Gain insights into central commercial functions such as purchasing, accounting, human resources, communication, and real estate & facility management.
- Connect theoretical knowledge with practical application.
- Attend vocational school classes at Leopold-Ullstein-Schule Berlin.
- Participate in a part-time model with three days at the company and two days of vocational school per week.
- Develop professional, organizational, and communication skills.
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams and exciting projects.
- Engage in an introductory phase with workshops on the energy industry, team training, and a joint introductory trip.
- Gain insights into commercial controlling and support processes of a modern energy company.
- Learn about purchasing, human resources, accounting, and communication.
- Participate in project work in various departments.
- Work with digital methods and company processes.
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams.
- Understand business processes in an internationally active group.
Requirements
- High school diploma, university of applied sciences entrance qualification, or a good secondary school leaving certificate.
- Very good written and spoken German language skills.
- Good written and spoken English language skills.
- Strong independence and initiative.
- High motivation and willingness to learn.
- Very good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility and openness to new topics and challenges.
