About the Role

We are seeking a Cannabis Production Associate to join our growing team in Austin. This role is crucial for producing high-quality cannabis-infused food and beverage products, ensuring consistency, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities

Prepare cannabis-infused food and beverage products according to approved recipes, formulations, and production schedules.
Accurately measure, weigh, mix, and portion ingredients to ensure product consistency and dosage accuracy.
Operate commercial kitchen and food production equipment, including mixers, depositors, ovens, packaging equipment, and scaling systems.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and cannabis regulatory requirements.
Stage ingredients, prepare batches, and verify inventory prior to production runs.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality, appearance, texture, flavor, and consistency standards are achieved.
Package, label, and prepare finished products in compliance with state regulations and company specifications.
Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance of equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Complete production logs, batch records, and quality documentation accurately and on time.
Collaborate with production, quality, and kitchen teams to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace.

Requirements

Open availability, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to work shifts starting as early as 8:00 AM.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Ability to follow recipes, SOPs, and production instructions consistently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in varying production and kitchen environments and temperatures.
