About the Role
Join JYSK's exclusive Store Manager Trainee program to learn our retail concept from the ground up and develop into a leader responsible for your own store. Become part of an international company that actively promotes development and entrepreneurial thinking.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a store after structured onboarding.
- Lead, motivate, and develop your store team according to JYSK's values and leadership principles.
- Monitor key performance indicators, initiate sales increases, and manage your store results-oriented.
- Ensure your team is 100% focused on sales and providing a first-class shopping experience.
- Implement store concepts and actively participate in sales floor activities and stock replenishment as a role model.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in retail, gastronomy, or the service industry (e.g., assistant store manager, shift leader).
- Customer and sales orientation with the ability to provide excellent service and inspire your team.
- Strong initiative, communication skills, and the ability to solve problems independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to take responsibility for your store, and drive to exceed goals.
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1) in speaking and writing.
