About the Role
Join an international company that actively promotes development and entrepreneurial thinking. Our exclusive Store Manager Trainee program will teach you our successful retail concept from the ground up, developing you into a JYSK leader responsible for your own store.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop your store team according to our values and leadership principles.
- Monitor key performance indicators, initiate sales increases, and manage your store with a focus on results.
- Ensure your team is 100% focused on sales and providing a first-class shopping experience.
- Implement store concepts and actively participate in sales floor activities and stock replenishment as a role model.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail, gastronomy, or service industries, such as deputy store management or shift management.
- Customer and sales orientation with the ability to provide excellent service and inspire your team.
- Strong drive, communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to take responsibility for your store, and a drive to exceed goals.
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1) in speaking and writing.
