About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will ensure projects reliably progress from planning to rollout along the roadmap. You will take responsibility for execution and deliverables, reduce complexity, and bring together Engineering, UX, Supply, and Product teams. You will be hands-on in implementation and significantly shape the partner experience, especially in complex transformation projects, data migrations, and system changes.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for project execution and deliverables, from planning to operational implementation and successful rollout.
- Accompany complex migration and transformation projects, coordinate dependencies, and ensure a structured and reliable transition between existing and new systems.
- Actively participate in implementation, resolve blockers, and proactively drive open issues to completion.
- Create robust project plans, define milestones, and use prioritization frameworks to allocate resources effectively.
- Break down large problems into clear, solvable work packages with defined responsibilities and deadlines.
- Bring together Engineering, UX, Supply, Product, and other stakeholders, communicating status, risks, and decisions transparently.
- Identify dependencies between teams and systems early, mediate between different requirements, and keep all parties synchronized.
- Take ownership of project success, proactively address challenges, and maintain focus on pragmatic solutions amidst changes, resistance, or unexpected problems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Accustomed to actively participating in implementation, driving topics independently, and taking responsibility for results.
- Experience with data migration projects and the introduction, replacement, or change of tools and systems is ideal.
- Experience working at the intersection of Engineering, UX, Supply, and Product, bridging different technical and business perspectives.
- Proficiency in classic and agile project management approaches (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), with the ability to select the appropriate method.
- Good understanding of complex technical infrastructures and interrelationships, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Takes responsibility, consistently drives topics forward even with resistance, and maintains an overview in complex or challenging project phases.
- Proficient with common PM tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Linear, MS Project) and comfortable using AI tools in daily work.
- Motivation, willingness to learn, and personality are as important as experience.
