About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the welcoming face of our brand, embodying its essence and providing customers with high-level service throughout their shopping experience. Your role is crucial in creating inviting environments that showcase our brand's best qualities.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and embody the brand.
- Provide high-level service to customers.
- Assist customers at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and on the shop floor.
- Process deliveries.
- Replenish stock.
- Merchandise garments on the shop floor.
Requirements

- Schedule flexibility: Willing and able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Understanding of store operations & customer service skills from previous retail experience (preferable but not mandatory).
- Confident in offering customers advice on fashion trends, materials, sizing etc (preferable but not mandatory).
