About the Role
Maple is seeking a Client Success Coordinator to provide operational support for the Health System Partnerships (HSP) team, ensuring smooth expansion of work with provincial health systems and government partners. This role involves coordinating meetings, managing administrative tasks, and facilitating communication between partners and internal teams to ensure efficient operations and partner satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate partner meetings end-to-end, including agenda preparation, participation, action item capture, and follow-up.
- Manage recurring partner reporting workflows, preparing reports and surfacing insights.
- Process and review manual partner eligibility files and support issue resolution.
- Act as the primary liaison between HSP and Provider Network Operations for provider-related matters.
- Maintain accurate partner information in Salesforce CRM and keep partner-specific program documentation current.
- Maintain shared HSP documentation, templates, playbooks, and SOPs, and support onboarding of new team members.
- Provide day-to-day partner support, troubleshooting escalated issues and supporting eligibility inquiries.
- Collect, organize, and share partner and patient feedback with the HSP team.
- Support HSP Client Success Associates and Managers on process-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., client success, account coordination, customer support, account management).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Maple professionally in meetings.
- Active listening and timely follow-through with well-organized written work.
- Proactive, highly organized work style with attention to detail.
- Comfort collaborating across teams to ensure smooth information flow.
- Technology self-starter, quick to learn new platforms including AI tools.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Bilingual (English and French) is a plus.
- Interest in public health or prior experience in healthcare is a plus.
- Comfort with CRMs, ideally Salesforce, is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana is a plus.
- Interest or background in process documentation and operations improvement is a plus.
- Employment offer is subject to a criminal record check (EPIC) and identity verification.
