About the Role
We are seeking a Product Data Analyst to support the growth of our online dating app, "Pairs." This role is part of the BI (Business Intelligence) Team and focuses on expanding data utilization for business decision-making, improving analysis speed and quality. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to drive the PDCA cycle, including data foundation construction, data analysis, and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, launch, and growth of Pairs' globalization in collaboration with various organizations.
- Drive the PDCA cycle for each initiative based on data analysis.
- Design, build, and operate data warehouses and data marts using dbt & dagster.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis using SQL, and building/operating data marts or data warehouses.
- 3+ years of experience implementing dashboards with BI tools such as redash / Tableau.
- Experience in analysis and development using Coding Agent.
- Experience proposing actions based on data analysis and improving services.
- Willingness to keep up with and learn the latest technologies, including generative AI.
- Experience building consensus and driving projects by engaging multiple internal departments and stakeholders.
- Fluent Japanese communication skills.
- Business-level or higher English proficiency (CEFR B2 or above).
