About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, delivery-focused Senior Producer with a strong background in a creative agency or publisher environment and a keen eye for visual detail. This role will be dedicated to working on Wallpaper* magazine’s in-house creative agency projects, leading end-to-end production across co-branded and white-label content for luxury brands. You will work across a mix of fully produced original creative projects spanning print, video, digital, events, and experiential media, alongside occasional productions utilising supplied partner assets. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on, and client-facing operational role, balancing creative ambition, tight deadlines, client expectations, and budget parameters. This is an operational, logistical, and execution-focused role, not a creative ideation or concepting role, serving as the core operational facilitator for creative and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Produce 360° branded content campaigns end-to-end, coordinating video, stills, print, and event production.
- Manage day-to-day production logistics, including scheduling, call sheets, crew and vendor coordination, location scouting, permits, and travel.
- Act as the main on-the-ground production lead on shoots and live events, problem-solving in real time.
- Coordinate post-production workflows and asset delivery, ensuring content meets technical specifications and schedule.
- Interface directly with external luxury brand partners, agency clients, and publishing stakeholders to present production plans, manage review cycles, and control scope creep.
- Partner closely with creative and commercial teams to translate briefs into practical and actionable plans.
- Brief, negotiate with, and manage external freelancers, film crews, event teams, artist agents, and vendors.
- Oversee art buying for campaigns, proactively suggesting and curating directors, photographers, stylists, set designers, and creative talent.
- Leverage and expand a network of external contacts, crews, and vendors.
- Scope creative concepts against budget, assessing feasibility within resource and cost constraints.
- Track campaign budgets in real time, managing invoicing, talent licensing, usage rights, and reconciling spend.
- Manage timelines across multiple concurrent campaigns, updating stakeholders and mitigating risks.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on production and art buying experience within an advertising agency, creative agency, or media publisher.
- Portfolio of multi-format campaigns (stills, video, print, and live events/experiential).
- A network of creative talent, directors, photographers, stylists, and production crews.
- Strong understanding of artist representation, fee negotiation, usage rights, and talent licensing.
- In-depth understanding of physical photo/video shoot logistics, location permitting, digital asset specs, and event production workflows.
- Financially literate and comfortable scoping, managing, and reconciling complex, multi-asset campaign budgets in real time.
- Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced publisher or agency environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and real-time problem-solving skills.
