About the Role
As a Nursery Room Leader, you will help children learn, play, and grow in a safe, engaging environment. You will lead a nurturing, high-quality learning environment, support and mentor team members, build strong relationships with children and families, and maintain safeguarding, records, and room standards.

Requirements
- Level 3 childcare qualification
- Confident written and spoken English
- Experience in an Early Years setting
- Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
- We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
- A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate will be required for all posts.
- This post will be required to undergo enhanced checks as part of our Safeguarding Duty.
