About the Role
Lead the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise authentication infrastructure for a global renewal project supporting a major automotive parts manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Design, implement, and operate AD DS, Entra ID, and federation services.
- Design and operate Identity & Access Management (IAM) and RBAC.
- Design and manage integrated on-premises Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Design and operate OUs, delegated management, and group policy (GPO).
- Design and provide technical support for authentication methods like NTLM, Kerberos, and OAuth2.0.
- Construct privileged access management and hierarchical management models.
- Manage AD/Entra Security and compliance within the identity environment.
- Promote automation and operational efficiency using PowerShell.
- Provide technical proposals, problem-solving support, and improvement suggestions to clients.
- Enhance expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, and IAM to acquire marketable skills.
- Collaborate on Microsoft 365 and End User Computing projects, engaging in diverse technical areas.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing, building, and operating Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Experience implementing, configuring, and operating Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID Connect, and Entra ID Federation Services.
- Fluent Japanese communication skills (oral and written) for complex business issues.
- Conversational English with basic reading and writing ability for everyday conversations and simple business communications.
