About the Role
Provide professional and proactive administrative support to the property management team.
Responsibilities
- Register managed tenancies with utility companies and close accounts at tenancy end.
- Request final bills from utility companies as needed.
- Book property visits.
- Book check-outs and issue termination correspondence to tenants.
- Assist with booking compliance certificates and schedule tenant appointments.
- Update and attach check-outs and certificates to Salesforce and OneDrive.
- Produce timely and accurate typed documents including emails, letters, minutes, agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Handle internal and external inquiries accurately, promptly, and effectively.
- Assist the team in communicating with clients and applicants.
- Generate regular reports from Salesforce.
- Provide efficient and effective general administrative support to the team.
Requirements
- Experience managing confidential communication and diary management.
- Highly organized, flexible, and able to effectively manage workload.
- Proactive and positive approach to work.
- Personable with a detail-oriented approach.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
