About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Producer with a strong Art Director background to own the end-to-end creative process, from concept to final edit. The emphasis is on visual direction, setting the quality bar, and ensuring all assets are of the highest standard. This role involves conceptualizing and art-directing performance creative, producing shoots, directing talent, and steering edits to create master assets that serve as the benchmark for further variations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the visual craft and direction of Weight Loss creative, art-directing the look, feel, and quality bar across video and static assets.
  • Concept performance-led ideas rooted in effectiveness, considering hooks, angles, and formats.
  • Produce creative end-to-end, including planning and running shoots, directing talent and crew, and steering edits to a finished standard.
  • Set the 'gold standard' master assets for iteration and expansion by the Manila team and AI, continuously raising the quality bar.
  • Partner with strategists, designers, and editors to rapidly transform ideas into finished, on-brand assets.
  • Work at pace and volume while maintaining high craft standards, comfortable shipping a large quantity of sharp creative.
  • Help shape the studio's visual identity and creative standards during periods of scaling.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio showcasing performance and/or brand creative with a clear eye for art direction, composition, typography, and visual craft.
  • Demonstrated production experience, including the ability to plan and run shoots, direct talent, and manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Hands-on editing and design proficiency sufficient to set standards and assist others (familiarity with Premiere/After Effects, Figma/Adobe CS, or similar tools).
  • A strong performance instinct, understanding social-native, direct-response creative, and the elements that drive conversion.
  • A bias for output and iteration, comfortable shipping work, learning from it, and iterating without being overly precious.
  • Comfortable directing people, including talent and crew, and collaborating closely with strategists and editors.
  • Ability to work flexibly with a hybrid setup, requiring 3 days a week in the Old Street office.
