Responsibilities
- Own the production lifecycle of protocol work, from written to audited to deployed.
- Coordinate external audit for every release.
- Manage remediation efforts based on audit feedback.
- Make decisions about upstream code integration and divergence.
- Explain chain behavior to reliability engineers, security engineers, and bank representatives.
Requirements
- Deep Solidity and EVM experience with contracts that held real value and underwent external audit.
- Real understanding of rollup architecture mechanics.
- Experience maintaining a fork of a large upstream codebase and understanding its long-term costs.
- Ability to explain chain behavior to reliability engineers, security engineers, and banks.
