About the Role
This is the deepest technical seat on the team, serving as the final escalation point for the entire production estate. You will set the team's working standards, ensuring current runbooks, effective alerting, and impactful postmortems. This role requires close collaboration with protocol engineers to address complex issues related to protocol behavior and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the final escalation point for the entire production estate.

- Address production issues that may not have direct precedent.
Requirements
- Serious depth in reliability or production engineering.
- Expertise in debugging Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.
- Experience with distributed systems where state management and restarting are not viable solutions.
- Ability to document platform operations and solutions.
